What grade of Floormate do you supply?
We supply FLOORMATE 200-X as standard. We have recently added 350-X (styrofoam SP-X), and will be adding WallMate and Roofmate products to our shopping cart in 2006, however these products are available by telephone; please call our sales office for details (0114 249 5635). We always have stock!
Can I have a sample of Floormate?

Is there a minimum order?
The minimum order is one pack of FLOORMATE.
When can I order?
You can order 24 hours a day 365 days a year. If you order on-line before 1pm
your order will be dispatched that day. Orders received after 1pm will be
dispatched the next day.
Do I have to pay by Credit Card?
No you can by any method you choose. If you are a Limited company open an OnBOARD credit account. Please contact us if you wish to order by telephone, fax or email. (0114 249 5635).
How Long will it take to arrive?
We guarantee to deliver your order within 4 working days. Last delivery time for
weekdays is 6.00pm.
Can I have a timed delivery?
Yes, but delivery costs will apply. To arrange a timed delivery at a
surcharge please call us with your order details and delivery times prior to placing your order online. (Quote your Online Order ref) If the order has to be ‘booked in’ on site please include a contact telephone number with the shipping address details at the checkout. We can also deliver on a Saturday but unfortunately there is also a surcharge. You can also collect from our trade counter.

The Thermal U Value that Floormate achieves varies depending upon thickness.
Is Floormate easy to handle?
Yes. FLOORMATE is supplied in lightweight packs wrapped in plastic. The packs are delivered on pallets, of ten packs per pallet. The packs measure 2500 x 600mm. These can be hand removed from the lorry that delivers. A forklift truck is an advantage for bulk deliveries. 10 Packs per pallet in most cases.

Do you have approved fabricators and/or
installers?
No, not at all. Floormate can be installed by somone with limited DIY skills. We can make recommedations upon request.
